Shipping Policy

 

 All Orders are processed and shipped between 2 to 3 Business Days except pre-order items which need  5 to 7 days for it to be processed and shipped.

If your order is a combination of in-stock and pre-order products, your in-stock will be shipped out within 2 to 3 business days while the pre will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

We ship to most countries in the EU, USA, and Canada. Please see the table below for our rates for standard and Express Delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, it may take 8 to 12 business days to get it to its destination for standard delivery and 5 to 7 business days for Express delivery.

Both standard and Express shipping are trackable. We will provide you with a tracking number once we ship out your orders.

The delivery timeline below is based on our past orders, your items may arrive earlier or a few days later( due to unforeseeable circumstances from the courier company). Our Express deliveries are done via DHL or FedEx. While our standard uses standard air mail based on the destination country. 

Nebsgems is not responsible for delays in courier delivery, however, if the item does not arrive within 10  business after the above-expected delivery time, we will resend it to you or give you a store credit. 

Depending on the size of your order and the regulations of your country, duty charges may apply. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any duty charge that may occur during the delivery of your order. Nebsgems is not in any way responsible for duty charges that come with international shipping.
